We are seeking a motivated HVAC and Plumbing Service Technician who can diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing and HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and HVAC systems
• Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water piping
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating systems
• Replace motors, capacitors, contactors, compressors, evaporator coils, air handlers, condensers, and thermostats
• Perform maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Complete service tickets, photos, and job documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and local codes
• Provide excellent customer service on every call

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing and/or HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose equipment without relying on technical support
• Experience with service, repair, and replacement work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks
• EPA Certification preferred (HVAC applicants)
• Florida plumbing or HVAC experience preferred
