HVAC Technician

We’re Hiring – HVAC Technician

Facilitx Facility Management & Maintenance is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Qatar.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, Package Units, and VRF systems
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Complete maintenance reports and work orders accurately

- Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use buildings
• Good communication and reporting skills
