We do maintenance, service, & Installation of Residential HVAC units in homes. We do also have a few commercial accounts that we maintain as well. You will be required to report to work at 730am sharp for work or to first call. We currently are rotating on call schedule as we don't run a lot of afterhours calls but need to be there if they call in. This position is Hourly plus commission.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using various tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation of HVAC components.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to build, plumb, and repair HVAC systems effectively.
• Work with ammonia refrigeration systems as needed for specific applications.
• Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and components.
• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience in property maintenance is a plus, particularly in relation to HVAC systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various environments.
