You’ll own the scheduling, budgeting, and execution of our entire preventative maintenance program. It’s about taking extreme ownership and making a real difference in our residents' lives.

What You'll Do

• Become the HVAC Master: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation units (especially heat pumps and mini-splits) with surgical precision.
• Own the PM Program: Lead the scheduling and mapping of preventative maintenance tasks, tracking time and materials like a pro.
• Budget & Plan: Develop building-specific maintenance budgets and plan work orders ahead of time.
• Swoop in and Communicate: Partner with our porters and tenants, keeping everyone smiling with fast, proactive updates.
• Safety First: Follow all protocols while crushing it in the field (handling heavy lifting and multi-floor scaling with ease).

You're a Perfect Fit If

• You're Certified: You hold an EPA Universal Certification (or can get it in 90 days). NATE certification? Major bonus points!
• You Have the Experience: Proven hands-on mechanical and maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable personal transit.
• You Have the Mindset: You possess a relentless sense of urgency, sharp critical thinking skills, and a "Make It Happen" attitude.
