HVAC Technician-Avari Xpress Gulberg

Avari Xpress Gulberg is looking to Hire HVAC Technician.

Responsibilities: include but not limited to:

• Will be responsible to carry out the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly maintenance of all hotel systems.
• Will be responsible for all calibrations, adjustments, and major repairs & maintenance activities of all hotel systems.
• To be responsible to ensure that all unplanned jobs are attended according to their priorities.
• To be responsible to perform all administrative duties of Shift Engineer in their absence and when assigned shift duties.
• Will maintain logbook, unplanned maintenance registers, and preventive maintenance registers.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

Education:

• Matric
• Diploma in A/C & Refrigeration Technician

Qualification and Requirments:

• 3 years relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role

• Manufacturing

Language:

• Capable to understand Basic English and can speak Urdu fluently

Working Conditions:

• This job requires occasionally working in outside environment and mostly exposed to wet/humid conditions, toxic materials, risking of electric shock and fumes.
• Also requires working near moving mechanical machinery with moderate and low noise environment.
