Responsibilities:
V2X is seeking qualified HVAC Technician II candidates to join our pipeline for opportunities supporting critical operations in Doha, Qatar. The HVAC Technician II will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards in support of U.S. Government and mission requirements.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
Diagnose malfunctions, replace defective parts, and ensure proper operation of chillers, split systems, air handlers, and other components.
Maintain logs, records, and documentation in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize system performance and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience, preferably in OCONUS/DoD environments.
Certification: EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification or equivalent.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC training or certification preferred.
Skills: Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals; strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Other: Must be medically and physically fit to deploy to austere environments.
Previous overseas contracting or military base operations support experience.
Knowledge of DoD, AFCAP, or BOS contract environments.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
