HVAC Technician (MEP)

Job Purpose

To perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all air-conditioning and mechanical equipment across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily high-quality maintenance routines on HVAC and MEP systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on:
• Split AC
• Package AC (PKG Unit)
• Window AC
• CRAH units
• FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC
• Extract Fans, VAVs, pumps, motors, and water leak detection systems
• Perform troubleshooting for equipment faults to restore system operations quickly and safely.
• Respond to contingencies and emergencies during or after working hours as required.
• Inspect HVAC & MEP facilities to identify potential failures and areas requiring improvement.
• Update all technical logs, maintenance records, and databases accurately.
• Request required materials, tools, and spare parts to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience in facility management environments is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,550.00 per month
