HVAC/MEP Technician with Qatar Driver's License

Position Overview:
The HVAC/MEP Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, with a strong emphasis on air conditioning. The ideal candidate will also have substantial experience and knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including plumbing and electrical works. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in preparing maintenance reports. A valid driver's license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, focusing on air conditioning units.
• Perform MEP tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC and MEP equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with clients regarding service needs and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC, particularly in air conditioning systems.
• Relevant experience and expertise in MEP systems, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Competency in preparing maintenance reports.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Certifications in HVAC and/or MEP are preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
