HVACR Design Estimation & Proposal Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring an HVAC/R Design Estimation & Proposal Engineer to handle technical selections, load calculations, and cost estimation for refrigeration condensing units, chillers, and cold-room projects. You will prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals while supporting Sales and Drafting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cold-room load calculations and select compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations for refrigeration systems.
• Review RFQs and convert them into accurate technical-commercial offers.
• Coordinate with Draftsmen and suppliers for drawings and pricing.
• Support Sales with technical clarifications and customer discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years experience in HVAC/R estimation or technical design.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration components and system design.
• Experience with load calculation tools (Bitzer, Coolselector2, etc.).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
