<Duties>
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including taking fingerprints for our Idemia background check system.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support calendar management and scheduling for multiple team members using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, proofread documents, and prepare reports with precision and attention to detail
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional service and support
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, manage inventory levels, and ensure the office environment remains efficient and welcoming
<Qualifications>
- Proven office management or administrative experience with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry and proofreading processes
- Experience using multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
- Exceptional phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills are essential
