About the Role:

As a hybrid BCBA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available!

• Setting: In-home, clinic, school, hybrid

• Hybrid work is encouraged, with travel to Bernalillo, NM occurring 1-2x per month for in-person supervision

Qualifications:

• Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes

• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism

• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions

• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation

• A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required
