• Collaborate with outside sales teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively address customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes is a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
