Hybrid Developer: Logic & Vibe Specialist

We have the logic, now we need the Vibe.

At Tekscrum, we are building an AI-native product and service studio. We are sitting at the intersection of traditional engineering and the future of "Vibe Coding." We are looking for Mid-Level Devs and Smart Interns who are hybrids: Traditional Experts, AI Turbo-chargers, and Clear Communicators.

The "Tekscrum" Hybrid:

• The Vibe: You are obsessed with speed. You use tools like Cursor, Claude, and n8n to 10x your output. You don't just "code"; you build at the speed of thought.
• The Logic: Traditional engineering is not dead. You must have a solid foundation in logic, architecture, and debugging. You need to know why the code works so you can fix it when the AI misses the mark.
• The Communication: We are a lean team working with international partners (like Eurocenter) and government stakeholders. You must be able to explain your logic clearly, speak the language of the product, and collaborate seamlessly.

The Hiring Process:

Step 1: The Resume. Show us your traditional foundation. We want to see your journey and your technical logic.

Step 2: Proof of Vibe. Send us a project, a repo, or a screen recording of an automation you built using AI. Show us your speed.

Step 3: The 2-Week Sprint. Short training followed with high-intensity sprint to test your traditional coding, your AI-execution, and your communication skills.
