Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hypercare Lead to manage post-go-live support for key IT and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and seamless user adoption during the Hypercare phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Hypercare activities post go-live across business units
  • Manage and track issues, incidents, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with support teams (IT, business, vendors) for quick fixes
  • Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures
  • Document lessons learned and transition to steady-state support

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading Hypercare or Post-Go-Live Support
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM/EDI system landscapes
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to resolve issues under pressure
  • ITIL or similar certification is a plus
