- Managesuser access rights and account provisioning throughout the full user lifecycle,ensuring timely and accurate onboarding, access updates, and offboarding inalignment with established SLAs.
- PerformsIT compliance support tasks, including conducting security scans, identifyingvulnerabilities, and applying required remediation to maintain a secure andcompliant environment.
- Executeoperational identity and access management (IAM) functions to uphold agencysecurity policies, standards, and authorization controls.
- SupportsIT specialists by maintaining and validating metadata, assisting with dataloading, executing unit and system test scripts, and providing applicationmaintenance support.
- Develops,organizes, and maintains platform-specific documentation to ensure continuity,standardization, and accurate operational knowledge across systems.
- Contributesto enhancements of existing infrastructure, software, or database systems bycreating or modifying program modules, writing standard queries, and developingdatabase diagrams.
- Writesand executes unit and systems testing scripts and verifies test results toensure software and system changes meet required specifications and produceexpected outcomes.
- Providestechnical troubleshooting and customer service support for IT-related issues,promoting timely resolution and effective communication with end users.
- Supportsoperational readiness by participating in on-call rotations, performingextended system monitoring, and responding to time‑sensitiveservice requests.
- Assistsin maintaining secure and stable IT environments by staying informed ontechnology trends, security practices, and agency procedures relevant toassigned work.
Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience • Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management systems Required 7.0 Years • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD Required • Hands-on experience with MIM for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and workflow automation Required • Experience with IBM security technologies, including ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager) Required • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex access issues Required • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred) Required • Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access review processes Required • Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, lifecycle management) Required • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business units, developers, and infrastructure teams Required • Ability to Work onsite Required
