ICE CREAM PACKER – PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Production Department - Cameron Street Department

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:20-Midnight (or completion)

Job Summary

• Consistent Schedule – Average a 40-50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday
• Consistent Overtime Pay – overtime after 40 hours each week
• Starting wage of $21.69 / hour ; increased to $22.29 after 60 days of positive performance - $33.43/hour per OT Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of ice cream production crew ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products
• Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
• Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
• Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
