ICT Analyst / Specialist (Expert & Senior Expert Levels)

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly experienced ICT professionals at the Expert and Senior Expert levels to lead the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves designing advanced IT architectures, ensuring cybersecurity resilience, overseeing large-scale projects, and providing strategic direction to the ICT function.

Key Responsibilities:

For All Levels:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
  

• Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity and data protection strategies.
  

• Drive large-scale digital transformation programs across the organization.
  

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of IT systems and services.
  

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  

• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for complex IT issues.
  

Additional for Senior Expert:

• Define ICT vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  

• Lead multi-year digital roadmaps and enterprise architecture initiatives.
  

• Oversee vendor relationships, technology procurement, and budget planning.
  

• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology innovation and risk management.
  

• Mentor and develop ICT leadership talent within the organization.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

• Expert: 11–13 years of progressive experience in ICT operations, infrastructure management, and digital initiatives.
  

• Senior Expert: 14–16 years of experience, including strategic leadership roles and delivery of enterprise-level projects.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security architecture.
  

• Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and large-scale system integration.
  

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Proven track record in digital transformation and IT governance.
  

• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
  

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL Expert, or equivalent senior-level certifications.
