We are seeking an organized and technically-minded Presales Support professional to join our Pre-Sales team. You will assist the Presales Engineers by coordinating day-to-day presales activities, preparing quotations and proposals, tracking client communications, and maintaining presales records to support deal progression.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Presales Team in coordinating and supporting day-to-day presales activities.
- Maintain basic product knowledge of ICT solutions including client workstations, servers, storage, firewalls and related peripherals across multiple brands.
- Prepare and forward quotations to internal stakeholders and clients based on solutions and pricing provided by Presales Engineers.
- Follow up with clients on shared quotations and proposals to secure timely feedback and progress deals.
- Track and update daily client interactions, including comments and status reports, to keep the team informed.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement and technical teams to ensure smooth presales operations and fulfilment of client requirements.
- Assist with documentation tasks: proposal formatting, client communications and maintaining presales records.
- Monitor deal pipeline and maintain CRM or Excel records for accurate reporting and status updates.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the IT sector (presales support, sales support, or similar roles preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic or Malayalam is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and working with CRM/Excel-based pipelines.
