Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
- Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle administration, including creating, verifying, and tracking proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts for the sales leadership team.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members regarding sales and status updates.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external sales meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
Technology & AI Utilization
- CRM Management: Own and manage the Sales CRM platform ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates for all leads and accounts.
- Drafting routine client communications or summaries.
- Analyzing sales data patterns for improved targeting.
- Automating data entry and workflow processes.
Lead Generation & Client Onboarding
- Lead Qualification: Assist in preliminary screening and distribution of incoming sales leads.
- Client Documentation: Prepare welcome packages and essential documentation required for new client onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: [2+] years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role, preferably within an IT-focused environment.
- CRM Expertise: Proven experience with a major CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is mandatory.
- AI Familiarity: Conceptual understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and their practical applications in accelerating business operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
