Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth and disciplined execution of all operational stages within the factory — from client contract to final delivery — through effective coordination between Sales, Design, Production, and Warehouse departments, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Sales, Design, and Production departments to ensure workflow consistency.
- Prepare and monitor Job Orders (JOs) until project completion.
- Review and obtain client approvals for drawings and specifications.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Submit periodic progress and status reports to the Operations Manager.
- Report delays and propose corrective actions.
- Document any client-requested changes or additions with proper approval.
- Maintain complete project documentation prior to handover.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational discipline.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); professional email communication is mandatory.
- Strong documentation and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural teams.
- Basic understanding of design and production processes (an advantage).
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably certified or trained in Operations Management or Quality Systems (ISO 9001).
Professional Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, project administration, or technical sales within a manufacturing or production company.
- Preference for candidates with experience in prefabricated buildings or steel fabrication industries.
