Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced ICU Nurses with 2 to 5 years of hands-on critical care experience to join our team at a leading multi-specialty hospital in Arakonam, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU, including medication administration, ventilator management, and continuous monitoring.
• Assess and document patient conditions and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies with effective intervention.
• Maintain and manage ICU equipment and supplies efficiently.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols strictly.
• Educate patients’ families on patient condition and care procedures, when required.
• Ensure accurate and detailed handover at shift changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Sound knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps).
• Strong clinical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
