Compensation & Differentials

Hourly Pay Range (Experience-Based):

• $33.77/hr – Entry level

• $38.28/hr – ~5 years

• $42.86/hr – ~10 years

• $49.06/hr – 17+ years

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: $4.50/hr

• Weekends: $1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus (Valid through December 2025)

• $15,000 – Day Shift

• $20,000 – Night Shift

Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independent decision-making, and close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill ICU patients

• Continuously monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and clinical changes

• Deliver safe, evidence-based critical care interventions

• Respond rapidly to life-threatening situations and clinical deterioration

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

• Advocate for patients and provide education to patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience (required)

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license

  • Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation

• ADN or RN Diploma required (BSN preferred)

• Certifications:

  • BLS – within 30 days of hire

  • NIH Stroke Scale – within 30 days

  • ACLS – within 6 months

  • PALS – within 6 months
