Main Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure identity management solutions (SailPoint, Microsoft, and hybrid identity integrations)
Develop and troubleshoot Java, PowerShell for identity automation and integration
Act as the technical point of contact for client identity projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and support of identity management services
Contribute to identifying areas of improvement in IAM solutions and in the adoption of emerging technologies and innovations that enhance system performance
Maintain thorough documentation of assigned identity management systems, processes, and configurations, ensuring knowledge is accessible to relevant stakeholders
Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role

Requirements

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field
Strong programming foundation — Java, .NET/PowerShell a plus
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra, and SQL
Exposure to IAM platforms (SailPoint, Entra, Beyond Trust, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, etc.) is a plus
Teamwork and collaborations

Customer focus
