IELTS Test Centre Coordinator – Female | Bilingual (Arabic/English)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an energetic and personable person to be the face of our office. You will manage the front desk, support daily operations, and play an active role in our social media presence by appearing in short-form video content such as reels and promotional clips.

Key Performance Area

Reception & Customer Support (60%)

• Manning of Reception area and attend to all inquiries.
• Registration of walk-in students and assigning the students to the respective counselors.
• Create new and updating student entries in system.
• Assisting with registrations and issuing receipts.

Office Facilities Support and Administration (20%)

• Provide general administration support to management
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Ad-Hoc & Social Media (20%)

• Support with staff engagement and wellness activities and HR administrative work.
• Work closely with staff to develop and improve operations processes and best practices to achieve high performance and service levels
• Participate in social media content creation, including appearing on camera for reels, short videos, and promotional material across the company's platforms.

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing required)
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in social media videos and reels
• Good understanding of workplace management skills
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with different types of customers
• Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor

Job Details:

• Salary: 325 KWD - 350 KWD
• Start Date: 15 May 2026
• Timing: 6 days a week from 9am to 6pm. Friday Off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD325.000 - KD350.000 per month
