Immediate Joiner Arabic Accountant with UAE exp

Ontime Healthcare is looking for an Immediate Joiner Arabic Accountant with experience in the UAE to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations. We are particularly interested in candidates who can communicate effectively in Arabic and contribute to the financial growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to financial reporting and tax
• Assist in the audit process, liaising with external auditors as required
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights to management for decision-making
• Implement and maintain effective accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to support financial projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (non-Egyptians only)
• Proficient in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and tax compliance
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) will be an advantage
• Ability to join immediately is preferred
