Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist senior associates with case management in the U.S immigration system. Representation of clients before the administrative immigration agencies including the USCIS, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals.

[Qualifications]

• Bar admission in any states in the U.S. (NY, NJ is preferred)
• A Minimum 3+ years of immigration cases experience representing clients in the U.S. immigration system.
• Knowledge of Korean language preferred
