Immigration Attorney

Castellon, Laurent, & Schlesinger, LLC. is a firm established in 2016. Our firm is a boutique law firm We take pride in being a great team. We are looking for an Attorney who is passionate about immigration law.

The attorney must have experience in the following: asylums, removal proceedings, defensive applications for relief, family-based filings, naturalization, family-based consular processing, VAWA applications, and I-212/I-601A waivers. A keen interest in statutory interpretation and a confident and proactive demeanor in immigration court required.

Additionally, we have the following requirement:

• Must speak Spanish.
• Willing to travel outside of the state.
• Must be able to come up with strategies to help immigration clients.
• Attend AILA conferences.
• Will be required to draft motions, review and file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Good communication skills

We offer a stipend of $250 for health insurance.

After 6 months you will have a performance review at which time depending on your performance, we will offer a hybrid option.

PTO's offered after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
