Immigration Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive legal expertise areas in immigration law. Candidates must demonstrate strong writing skills and proficiency in legal drafting to succeed in this position.

Duties

• Meet with clients to provide information and counsel on immigration laws, procedures, and options.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal briefs and correspondence.
• Manage case files efficiently within the law office setting and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting various practice areas through continuous research.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic legal solutions.
• Assist in court proceedings and represent clients in immigration courts, administrative hearings, and interviews.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• No experience necessary. Comprehensive training provided.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $70,000.00 per year
