Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Conduct phone or video consultations to assess clients' eligibility for visas, residency, or citizenship based on their goals (e.g., work, study, family reunification).
  • Process Guidance: Explain immigration procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients, ensuring they understand each step.
  • Document Support: Assist clients remotely in preparing and organizing documents, such as passports, educational certificates, or financial statements, and guide them on submission processes.
  • Policy Updates: Stay informed about immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific policies to provide accurate advice.
  • Follow-Ups: Track application statuses, communicate with immigration authorities (if authorized), and update clients on progress via email or calls.
  • CRM Management: Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log client interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain case records.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client queries or concerns, troubleshoot delays, and escalate complex cases to senior consultants or immigration lawyers.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Provide tailored advice to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear communication despite language or cultural barriers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
