Immigration Consultant

Job Overview

As an Immigration Consultant at HOF Migration, you will guide clients through the entire immigration process — from eligibility assessment to successful visa application. You will provide expert advice, maintain client relationships, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ profiles to determine eligibility for various immigration programs (Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.).
• Provide accurate information about visa categories, requirements, documentation, and procedures.
• Manage the complete application process, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Counsel clients on improving their profiles for better eligibility (education, experience, IELTS, etc.).
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents and progress updates.
• Collaborate with processing officers and legal teams to prepare and review applications.
• Maintain detailed records of clients in CRM systems.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client trust.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa counseling, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of major immigration programs (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Target-driven, confident, and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CRM or client management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
