Legal & Visa Processing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal & Visa Processing Executive to manage and execute LLC company filings in the USA, as well as handle visa processing matters for the USA and UK — including E2 visa documentation and coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with reputable organizations and a strong understanding of international business and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage LLC formation and filing procedures in the United States.
• Handle USA and UK visa processing, including document collection, application submission, and correspondence with embassies or consulates.
• Prepare and manage E2 investor visa applications and related documentation.
• Liaise with legal, immigration, and business consultants in the USA and UK.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure timely completion of all filings and visa cases.
• Stay up to date on international business laws, immigration policies, and related regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or International Relations (preferred).
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in LLC filing, visa documentation, or immigration case handling.
• Familiarity with E2 visa requirements and procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills (English proficiency required).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience working in a reputable company or consultancy is a strong advantage.
