Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented
Skill Immigration Manager
to lead our
Australia-focused skilled migration services
. The role involves managing end-to-end skilled visa applications, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring clients receive expert guidance on Australia’s General Skilled Migration (GSM) programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Australian PR pathways
, including subclass 189, 190, and 491, and a strong track record in client success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Eligibility Assessment

Assess client profiles for eligibility under Australia’s GSM pathways (subclass 189, 190, 491).

Guide clients on point-based assessments, occupation lists (MLTSSL/STSOL/ROL), EOI, and state nomination processes.

Provide tailored advice on improving profiles for better success (skills assessment, English scores, etc.).
2. Visa Processing & Documentation

Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of skilled visa applications, including EOI submission, Skills Assessment (ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, etc.), and visa lodgment.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with
Australian immigration laws and MARA guidelines
.

Maintain updated knowledge of legislative changes and policy updates from the Department of Home Affairs.
3. Sales, Conversion & Revenue Growth

Drive lead conversion through strategic sales pitches and expert consultations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing to run lead-generation campaigns and webinars.
4. Team Management & Training

Lead, train, and mentor a team of immigration consultants and case officers.

Allocate cases, monitor performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Conduct regular team updates on immigration policy changes, tools, and processes.
5. Client Relationship & Support

Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-value client cases.

Ensure transparent communication, regular case updates, and high client retention.

Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals and testimonials.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, HR, or related field); Master’s preferred.

3–5+ years of experience
in Australian skilled immigration services.

In-depth knowledge of Australia’s GSM visa subclasses (189/190/491), state sponsorships, and skills assessment bodies.

Strong understanding of the
points-based system
, PTE/IELTS requirements, and EOI process.

Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.

Experience using CRM and case management tools.
Preferred:

Prior experience in managing a team and handling high-volume case loads.

Familiarity with Immi Account, Skill Select, and tools used for EOI and visa submissions.
