Management Trainee Officer – HR (International Talent Acquisition)

Cantonment, Pakistan

Job Overview:

As a Management Trainee Officer – HR (International Talent Acquisition), you will undergo a structured training program to develop expertise in global recruitment and core HR functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to international hiring, talent sourcing, and HR operations, preparing you for a future career in human resources and international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in international talent acquisition, supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions (e.g., US/UK).

2. Manage key aspects of the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiation support.

3. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and global job boards to identify and connect with potential candidates.

4. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while promoting the company’s employer brand internationally.

5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

6. Maintain and update HR databases, candidate profiles, and master HR records on a daily basis.

7. Support HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement activities, policy administration, and compliance.

8. Participate in learning and development programs, including professional training and mentorship opportunities.

9. Provide business hours support and coordinate with engineers, candidates, and clients to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

10. Remain flexible and willing to take on additional HR-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Relevant Field is Plus (1-3 Year)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Eagerness to learn international hiring practices and HR management.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or HR tools is a plus.

Willingness to work in US/UK time zones when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
