Talent Acquisition Specialist

Virtue Xolutions is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to streamline our recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and evaluating top-tier candidates from industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Work closely with department heads to understand skill gaps and tailor hiring process accordingly.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or related field, with a combined focus on recruitment and employee development.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.
• A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Timing: 12:00 am to 09:00 pm

Note: Candidates with prior experience in advertising agencies will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
