Immigration Consultant

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. As an Immigration Consultant, you will assist clients in navigating immigration procedures, providing guidance on visa applications, documentation, and legal requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers eager to develop their skills in the immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their immigration goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with visa application processes, including preparation and submission of documents.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulations for different countries.
• Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding application status.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.
