Immigration Consultant

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our immigration team and guide clients through the full visa and PR process. The role involves supporting applicants for Australia PR, Canada PR, and multiple visa categories including Tourist, Visit, Dependent, and Super Visas. Knowledge of immigration processes for New Zealand, the UK, USA, and European countries will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide clients with PR applications for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, USA, and European countries.
• Provide clear consultation on visa options such as Tourist, Visit, Dependent, and Super Visas.
• Help clients collect, prepare, and organize all necessary documents.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Keep clients updated on their application progress and requirements.
• Prepare clients for visa interviews and other immigration procedures.
• Offer recommendations based on profile evaluation and eligibility.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration rules and policy changes.
• Provide clear instructions and end-to-end support throughout the immigration journey.
• Participate in promotional activities, outreach programs, and information sessions.

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with 1+ year immigration experience will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of Australia & Canada PR process (advantage).
• Familiarity with New Zealand, UK, USA, and European immigration pathways is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
