Immigration Consultant cum Tele caller / Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Immigration Consultant cum Tele caller / Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their overseas career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
• Provide detailed information on overseas work permit and visa programs.
• Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Advise clients about documentation and eligibility requirements for various countries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Call Centre, or Immigration Consultant experience
• Experience in Work Permit / Visa process is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
