• Counsel clients on immigration procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about visa processes and migration options.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into successful applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation for visa and migration applications.
• Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales/target goals.
• Maintain client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
