Mendez Law Office - 'Abogados de Fe' is a leading Immigration law firm in Houston, Texas who serves clients nationwide in habeas corpus, removal defense, USCIS representation, and federal law. Our team is seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to prepare family based immigration petitions as well as relief applications in removal defense.
Experience with the following applications is critical:

drafting pleadings

I-130 petitions

Consular/NVC Process

I-601A Waivers

Additionally, our paralegals will be expected to manage client communications, work independently, and interact with clients to get proper documentation needed for applications.

Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly

• Qualifications: Should have great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Candidates must have great writing skills and communication skills.

Recent law school graduates, graduates awaiting bar results, or current law school students are also invited to apply if they have the above-listed experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
