Immigration Sales Consultant

Recruiting an immigration consultant (Sinhala speaker ONLY) requires a targeted approach since the role combines sales expertise with immigration processes. (Please don't apply if you not meet the requirments needed for this role)

1. Role Overview: Immigration Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound/outbound immigration leads into successful clients
• Provide information on visa types, immigration procedures, and eligibility
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration pathways
• Maintain regular follow-up and client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Ideal Candidate Profile Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years in sales, ideally in immigration.
• Knowledge of immigration processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex procedures in a simple, persuasive way
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual (depending on target market)
• Certification or formal training in immigration consulting (optional)
• Prior experience working for immigration consultancies

Immigration Services Salary: Base + Commission + Incentives Experience: 1–3+ years
