Job Title: Immigration Counselor / Area Manager

1. Immigration Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on immigration processes, requirements, and available programs.
• Guide applicants through documentation, eligibility checks, and visa applications.
• Maintain strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and updates.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in immigration, study abroad, or visa consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog) will be an added advantage.

2. Area Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations in the assigned location (Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Qatar).
• Lead and mentor the team of immigration counselors.
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in immigration/overseas consultancy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in business development and team management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
