BronxWorks Legal Services – Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA)
The BronxWorks model aims to break the cycle of poverty through a holistic approach, helping individuals and families transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. A key component of this network of support is the BronxWorks Immigration Unit, which provides free legal assistance to those seeking to obtain or maintain lawful immigration status, reunite with family members, and access the protections and benefits available under the law.
Within BronxWorks Legal Services, the Immigration Unit plays a vital role in helping immigrants secure stability, safety, and opportunity. The program supports New York City’s immigrant communities by providing high-quality representation, advocacy, and outreach, with a commitment to keeping families together and empowering clients to navigate complex immigration processes with confidence. Our immigration attorneys, accredited representatives, and paralegals work to challenge inequities in the legal system and ensure our clients’ rights are fully protected.
BronxWorks provides safe and trusted immigration legal services, ensuring that New York City’s immigrant communities have access to knowledgeable advocates who can guide them through complex legal processes.
