Pay Range: $46.43 - $51.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and change management engagements for LTS clients.
• Align stakeholders and execute project plans to meet strategic milestones.
• Conduct consultative sessions to drive adoption and optimize recruiting strategies.
• Deliver engaging virtual sessions tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent the customer voice.
