Job Title: Implementation Engineer

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Day Shift | Sunday Off

Language Requirement: Hindi language is mandatory

CTC: 15,000K- 20,000k (Per Month)

Job Role: Implementation Executive

This is a customer support-oriented role, not related to software development or coding. As an Implementation Executive, you will be the face of the company at client sites, helping hospitals and healthcare facilities adopt and run our software smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to client locations across India for software implementation and training

Provide on-site and remote support for product setup and usage

Act as the first line of contact for any software-related concerns or issues

Educate clients on product features, usability, and updates

Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism

Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for issue resolution

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback

Ensure successful go-live and smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Willingness to travel frequently (PAN India)

Basic understanding of software usage and customer service

Ability to understand client concerns and respond accordingly

Problem-solving mindset and learning attitude

Preferably from a technical or healthcare background, but not mandatory
