Customer Support & Operations Executive

  • Office Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
  • Role Type: Full-time, in-office
  • Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

Dionne is a growing fashion brand, and we’re looking for someone with strong customer service experience , impeccable spoken and written English, and the ability to manage daily operations with accuracy whilst picking up logistics processes on the job
You must be highly organised, a fast learner, and a natural multitasker.
If you have experience in fashion customer support, that’s a major bonus point.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

  • Respond on WhatsApp, Email, Calls, Instagram DMs
  • Communicate and comprehend in Excellent English
  • Share product details (size, fit, fabric), order updates, and resolve issues
  • Manage returns/exchanges politely and professionally
  • Maintain fast response times & ensure zero missed chats

Operations & Logistics

  • Process daily Shopify orders
  • Manage shipments on Shiprocket (pickups, NDR, RTO, delays)
  • Coordinate with courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees)
  • Prepare labels, invoices, and daily order sheets
  • Track reshipments, exchanges & maintain stock logs
  • Assist QC/packing team on high-volume days

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken englishnon-negotiable
  • Confident communication & strong problem-solving
  • Extremely organized, reliable, and efficient
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Shopify (preferred), Shiprocket (preferred)
  • Fast learner who follows SOPs accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
