Implementation Engineer

Job Opening: Implementation Engineer – HealthTech

Location: Ahmedabad (Frequent Travel Required)

Experience: 1+ Years

Qualification: Graduate (IT preferred)

PurpleDocs is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Implementation Engineer to deploy and support hospital software solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

 Implement and deploy hospital software solutions at client locations

 Train hospital staff (doctors, nurses, admin teams) on software usage

 Install and configure software applications

 Set up and troubleshoot basic networks (LAN, routers, connectivity)

 Coordinate with internal software and technical teams

 Provide 1st level technical support to clients

 Troubleshoot software and network-related issues

 Collect logs and report issues for escalation

 Ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support

Required Skills:

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Ability to confidently train hospital staff

 Good technical troubleshooting ability

 Willingness to travel frequently

 Proactive and solution-oriented approach

Language Requirements:

 English – Mandatory

 Hindi – Mandatory

 Gujarati / Marathi – Preferred

Eligibility:

 Graduate (IT / Computer Science / Networking certifications preferred but not mandatory)

 Minimum 1 year relevant experience

 Immediate joiners preferred
