Job Description:

Project Context
End-to-end ServiceNow platform support
Platform health monitoring and stability management
System administration and configuration support
User access management and role-based troubleshooting
Performance monitoring and issue triage
Platform housekeeping and technical debt reduction
Support adherence to platform standards, guardrails, and best practices

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Monitor platform health, performance, and availability
Perform system administration and configuration activities
Manage user access, roles, and permission troubleshooting
Conduct issue triage and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
Maintain platform hygiene and reduce technical debt
Ensure compliance with defined standards and governance controls
Upgrade & Roadmap Support
Execute family upgrades and patching as per roadmap
Perform upgrade impact analysis and test planning support
Support execution of upgrades in lower environments
Conduct regression testing and coordinate issue remediation
Perform post-upgrade validation and defect resolution
Document upgrade outcomes, known issues, and remediation steps

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred)
Experience with upgrade management and patching cycles
Understanding of performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Familiarity with governance, standards, and platform guardrails
Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Experience
4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow Administration / Platform Support roles
Experience handling ServiceNow family upgrades is highly preferred
