Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments to execute client requirements step by step.
- Gather, analyze, and manage relevant information to resolve product-related issues (software/setup).
- Review system performance and recommend or implement necessary improvements.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy and quality of tasks completed by different teams.
- Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Client Relationship team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 0–1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of software systems will be preferred.
US Time Zone
- Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
