Import Documentation Executive

Manifest filing: Submitting shipment details officially.

Check BL (Bill of Lading): Verify copies received from the agent.

Prepare job orders: For moving cargo to the CFS (Container Freight Station).

Coordination: Stay in touch with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and CHA (Customs House Agents).

Delivery Orders & Invoicing: Issue DO to the consignee and raise the final invoice.

Vessel Tracking: Keep track of vessel arrival and prepare documents in time.

Consignment Tracking: Follow the shipment till it reaches its destination.

Delay Updates: If there are any delays, update the Customer Service team with the correct reason.

Who can apply:

Experience: 2–5 years.

Sector: Only Sea Logistics background.

Location: Fort, Mumbai.

Gender: Male or female, both can apply.

In short: You’ll handle documentation, coordination, invoicing, and tracking for sea shipments, making sure goods move smoothly from origin to destination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
