Job Title:

Documentation Executive – Logistics Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import Documentation:
  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs, shipping, and export-import regulations.
  • Customs & Compliance:
  • Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DGFT, customs duty, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and shipping agents to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track and update shipment status to internal departments and clients.
  • Record Keeping & MIS:
  • Maintain proper filing and digital records of all shipping documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics and documentation.
  • Communication & Support:
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Production) for smooth shipment processing.
  • Handle queries related to shipments, documentation, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate - Commerce
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years in logistics/-import documentation.
  • Skills:
  • Good knowledge of import procedures, incoterms, and customs compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,894.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
